More kitchen saga…

Hello. This is quite pretty I spotted out on my walk this morning.

The workmen were in the kitchen first thing so I went to the post office to send Christmas gifts to my sister and family, and then to Costa for a coffee. Costa was a bit like a crèche this morning. I seemed to be one of the few ladies there without a pushchair comparing notes on how little sleep they are getting. I also got little sleep last night, but at least I don’t have to entertain a baby all day, there’s just David ha ha 🤣.

Here are a few pics from this morning’s walk. I wish I could show you pics of my beautiful new kitchen, but that’s a while off yet… by the end of January hopefully… I honestly never would have thought it would take this long. We have two workmen all day today… yippee!! fingers crossed for the rest of the week.

As I came out of Costa I nearly walked into an enormous bumble bee buzzing around. On 15th December?? The world has gone crazy.

This tree really ought to have some Xmas decs on it, don’t you think?

Meanwhile our Christmas tree is outside on our patio… we’ll bring it in eventually when workmen are not in residence.

Now I’m not sure about this wreath. It’s very pretty, but maybe more wedding than Christmas??
