Hi everyone. Well Iāve been through some stuff with WordPress this weekend and ended up Ā£51. poorer ā¹ļøas a result by upgrading to more storage space. Iāve been having frustrating problems loading posts and pictures on and off for a while now. My shortcut was to delete some photos from the WordPress media library. I now realise this was a big mistake as this also deletes the photos from the blog post they were published in. So big apologies if youāre reading any of my old blog posts and find there are gaps along the way where there should be a pretty picture. Hands up, this is all my fault. Sorry.
Iād run out of storage space as my photos were being saved at an unnecessarily enormous file size. I have now adjusted the app settings so the photos automatically are limited in size. Hopefully it will then be many more than another 2 years before the costs go up again. I should be able to save masses and masses of photos at the new limited size at absolutely no detriment to their appearance and your enjoyment of them on the blog. If only Iād known this sooner, but to be honest, Iāve never bothered to spend time learning the technical behind the scenes stuff of blogging. Once Iād figured out how to post a basic page, insert a photo and put in a web link in I was off. Iāve been too busy taking photos and chatting to you guys for the past 2 years to worry about it⦠until my plans were abruptly scuppered and I couldnāt post anything at all. Panic over and normal (yet improved behind the scenes) service has been restored.
My point is, I hope you REALLY enjoy the photos I can now post at great expense! Youād really better like them. No pressure eh?!
So without further ado Iām just going to go for it and insert a load of sunny photos from Windsor and hope you like them š¤š¤š¤š.

Oh the blue blue sky of Windsor..

Isnāt this cute below? Do you think theyāre going to fill up all the little pockets?

My favourite tree below. I can see this from lying on my bed upstairs, as I am now. I used to blog at the dining table.. these days Iām a bit more slovenly š¤£

My favourite tree again.. behind our back fence.

What a load of rhubarbā¦

This is what I needed to get over the WordPress stress last night.

A very tasty, but very strong margarita. Cheers!
Photofest over for now folks. Iām off to prepare the veg including the very important roast potatoes to go with the roast pork thatās in the oven. I love Sunday evenings.. chat to my Mum on the phone, roast dinner with David, retire to the sofa to watch TV. Thatās me sorted. Hope you are too!? Xx
Is that your rhubard? Was it last year or lockdown you made the rhubarb cocktail that I nicked????
